Pinnacle Scopes Warranty

Warranty Policy: Pinnacle warrants the viewfinders/telescopes sold hereby for five years from the date of delivery for all parts therein. Defective parts will be replaced free of charge during that five year period.

Damages caused by vandalism or misuse, including but not limited to improper installation or use not as ordinarily intended, uninformed repair attempts, are specifically excluded from this warranty.

Damages to coatings caused by environmental degradation, including prolonged and extended exposure to ocean spray are specifically excluded from this warranty.

Labour costs are specifically excluded from this warranty. The warranty of Pinnacle set forth herein is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

Note: When testing, always listen closely for the noise the shutter makes. This will always tell you something and help in troubleshooting a problem. Always start by manually placing the shutter in the half-way position.

Return Policy

Viewers that are returned in new condition within 15 days by prepaid shipment may be refunded subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
